Privacy Policy

Velomelodic is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers velomelodic.com and our software products: Medrone, Orbit Weave, Zylodelay, and Zyloverb.
1. Information We Collect
Purchase info: name, email, and order details. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and we never store it.
License activation: email associated with your license key for ownership validation.
Support: name, email, and content of your message.
Website analytics: where enabled, Google Analytics may collect information about pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions with the website. Analytics is optional and is not used for visitors in Europe unless they explicitly allow it.
Software: our desktop apps collect no telemetry and send no data to our servers. All processing is local.
2. How We Use It
We use information to deliver and activate licenses; send purchase confirmations; respond to support; send product update notices, which you may opt out of at any time; and prevent fraudulent license use. We do not sell or rent your data.
3. Third Parties
We may use a payment processor, email delivery provider, and website host. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics is our analytics provider. If you allow analytics, Google processes analytics information under Google's Privacy Policy. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Analytics, Cookies, and Your Choice
We use a coarse country or continent classification supplied by our website host to determine the regional Analytics default. We receive only whether consent is required; we do not store the classification. For visitors in Europe, including the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics remains off unless they explicitly select “Allow analytics.” Where regional consent is not required, Analytics may load automatically unless the visitor has declined it.
If you make an analytics choice, we store that preference in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. You can review or change it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the site footer.
When allowed, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits and provide aggregated usage reporting. Velomelodic does not use advertising trackers at this time.
5. Data Retention
License and email data is retained while your license is active plus a reasonable recovery window. Support correspondence may be retained up to 2 years. The GA4 data-retention setting for analytics data is 14 months. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their data protection authority. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes
We will post updates to this page with a revised date.
